Coronavirus update: Tragic death of Bucks nurse takes total to 194
The number of deaths from coronavirus in Buckinghamshire has risen to 194, a rise of one overnight after the sad death of a nurse who worked at Stoke Mandeville Hospital before contracting the disease.

Data shows that 105 people have now died with coronavirus in Buckinghamshire hospitals between 5 March – 14 May, and 89 people have died in care homes in the region between 10 April – 8 May. Statistics for Buckinghamshire do not include Milton Keynes.
Across the United Kingdom a further 384 people have been reported to have died with coronavirus in the past 24 hours, taking the total to 33,998 since the beginning of March.
Globally, 305,774 are now known to have died after testing positive for coronavirus.
