She says 'the world's gone mad', but the group will be a calm place for people to share information and put misinformation to bed.

It will also be a chance to share anxiety coping mechanisms, and a place for people to feel like they are not alone.

The group has already amassed more than 500 members.

Jade said: "I've suffered with anxiety for years and I think during the coronavirus pandemic it's just so vital that we take care of our mental health at the moment.

"It's an area the media have not really covered.

"I'm hoping it will give people some reassurances that we are all in this together, and can support each other wherever we can."

Jade said this comes at a difficult time in her personal life, as she lost her mum earlier this year.

In the wake of this profound loss, Jade learned several techniques to help with her anxiety and she wants to share them with Aylesbury Public.

She said: "I want to show other members how to overcome the fear in their lives.

"I've made this group for all the anxious people. The world has gone mad and we need to support each other at a time when our anxieties may be going into overdrive.

"Many people have lost their jobs, or now have to claim Universal Credit and that can be extremely stressful but if we work together, we can cope.

"If you're being affected by Covid-19 you're welcome to use this page to keep things positive.

"Please be assured this isn't the end and we are all in this together!"

Jade will also be encouraging people to share their own experiences and advice too.
