Vaccinations for Aylesbury Vale and Bucks over 70s crosses 100,000

Figures released by NHS England show that vaccinations for Buckinghamshire's over 70 population has now crossed 100,000.

The figures have been arrived at by adding figures released by Buckinghamshire CCG which covers Aylesbury Vale, Aylesbury Vale, Wycombe, Chiltern & South Bucks to the Milton Keynes CCG figures which cover the Milton Keynes Council area

Up to February 14 72,309 people from the Buckinghamshire CCG area have been vaccinated.

Over the same period in Milton Keynes, 28,826 people over the age of 70 had received the vaccine.

UK wide as of yesterday:

16,423,02 people had recived their first dose of Coronavirus vaccine, while 573,724 people had received their second.
