Ben, from Stone, will be running 10 5k runs in ten consecutive days for the challenge to raise funds for the amazing work Aylesbury Homeless Action group do.

Ben has been joined for his runs by various people from around where he lives, who have supported him during the runs.

He started last Wednesday on September 2, and has completed six of the runs so far, just past halfway.

He is hoping to smash his fundraising target of £1000.

The fund currently sits at £825.

Ben's dad, Richard York, said he was incredibly proud of his son, and very impressed and humbled by his efforts.

Speaking to the Herald after his fifth run, Ben said: ""Today was a lot harder than before because I had a stitch all the way but I ran another one without stopping! I cant believe we are over £800!

"Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little.

"Anything helps - Thank you for your support!"
