Police hunt man who touched himself inappropriately in indecent exposure incident near Thame

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following an incident of indecent exposure which occurred in Wheatley.

At around 5.45pm on Saturday (24/10) the victim, a woman in her thirties, was walking along London Road at the intersection of Old Long Road when a black estate vehicle drove past and pulled over by the electrical substation.

When she walked by, a man in the vehicle wound down his window and touched himself inappropriately.

The vehicle drove off shortly after the woman walked away.

Investigating officer, PC Matthew Harris, of Didcot police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone who may have been walking or driving along the London Road on Saturday evening and may have witnessed the incident to please come forward.

“I would especially like to encourage motorists who were travelling in the area at the time, if you have a dash-cam in your vehicle, please review the footage and make a report if there is anything significant on there.
