New rooftop restaurant and bar 'The Manor' celebrates successful opening weekend

Offering a full menu, cocktails, and a beautiful rooftop bar overlooking the Chilterns, the new bar looks set to be a roaring success.

John Martin Watson Hale Leys Centre Manager said: "The amazing venue has taken over two years to deliver and officially opened its doors to the public on Friday 17th July 2020.

"The three floor offer houses a restaurant on the ground floor, cocktail bar on the first floor and boasts a breath taking rooftop terrace with views looking on to the Chiltern hills, the entrance is located on long Lionel.

"The Manor is undoubtably one of the best venues in Buckinghamshire, I would encourage everyone to experience it , we are very proud that it's part of Hale Leys’

The opening on Friday say Aylesbury's MP Rob Butler drop in.

He toasted the successes of local entrepreneurs Ben Mount and Peter Lee.

Rob said: “The Manor is a fantastic new venue for Aylesbury, and Buckinghamshire’s first roof terrace bar/restaurant is absolutely stunning.

"I am extremely impressed by the vision of the owners, Ben Moult and Peter Lee, and their determination to create something different for the town centre, with a substantial investment of time and money.

"This is an excellent example of what we need to do to make our town centres great destinations – converting former retail units into new spaces that will attract people to spend their leisure time locally.”
