New 95-home development near Aylesbury that has been four years in the making close to completion

Bellway Northern Home Counties has begun building the final property at Estone Grange, a collection of 95 new homes off Chapel Drive in Aston Clinton.

The development, which also features public open space and a play area, comprises a range of one to five-bedroom homes, including 29 affordable properties for rent or shared ownership.

When work is finished on the final plot in January it will mark the culmination of four years of construction work at the site.

The last home under construction at Estone Grange is a four-bedroom Mentmore housetype. Priced from £710,000, this property features an open-plan kitchen and breakfast area, separate living and dining rooms, a study, and four double bedrooms, including two with en suites.

As part of the planning agreement for the development, Bellway has provided funding of more than £2.9 million for local services.
