The last home under construction at Estone Grange is a four-bedroom Mentmore housetype. Priced from £710,000, this property features an open-plan kitchen and breakfast area, separate living and dining rooms, a study, and four double bedrooms, including two with en suites.

As part of the planning agreement for the development, Bellway has provided funding of more than £2.9 million for local services.

Sales Manager for Bellway Northern Home Counties, Lindsey Davenport, said: “Estone Grange has provided a wide selection of high-quality homes to Aston Clinton, helping to meet the rising demand for new housing in the area.

“The range of properties has attracted a variety of buyers to the development and it has been extremely pleasing to see a thriving new community beginning to blossom during the four years we have been building here.

“With construction work underway on the final plot, I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing one of the final homes still available to contact our sales team as soon as possible.”
