The council owned building, a former NatWest Bank on Princes Risborough High Street has already undergone interior refurbishment works by the Town Council.

The premises were the subject of a lengthy planning application which has resulted in the approval and addition of a roof top terrace area with panoramic views to the existing 1369 sq. ft building.
