A further TWO arrests made following the murder of Amir Shafique

Officers investigating the murder of Amir Shafique, aged 22, from Aylesbury, have charged two further people in connection with the investigation, bringing the total number of charges to six.

Charlie Irwin, aged 21, of Radnor End, Aylesbury and Bradley Shoult, aged 20, of Chalgrove Walk, Aylesbury, were each charged overnight with one count of murder.

They will both appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today (19/11).

The charges are in connection with an incident in Lembrook Walk, Aylesbury, on 28 October, when Mr Shafique died of injuries sustained following reports of a large fight.

Another man, aged 21 and from Aylesbury, was also arrested last night (18/11) and remains in custody on suspicion of murder.

This follows on from yesterday where two men charged were arrested.

The age of one of these arrested men was 20, and not 21 as previously published.

Four other men, two from Aylesbury and two from Birmingham have previously been charged with murder and have been remanded in custody
