Coronavirus: Aylesbury car wash to re-open with contactless service
A new style of car wash will open for motorists in Aylesbury on Monday.
Managers of the Waves Car Wash in Tesco Extra have installed an array of safety and social distancing measures to reassure customer using the facility during the coronavirus crisis.
James Moore, the owner of the Waves Car Wash franchise in Aylesbury, said: “The safety of our customers and colleagues has to be our number one priority and we have made considerable changes to our car wash.
“We’re delighted to be re-opening and we look forward to welcoming our customers back.
“We have been working to be able to offer a new style of hand car wash experience.
“We want to ensure our car wash can provide a safe environment and it features social distancing measures, increased sanitizing and cleaning processes and an increased use of PPE.
“Drivers will be able to get a totally contactless exterior car wash - payments will be contactless and there will not be a need to leave the vehicle.
“Customers can download the Waves Customer App, which lets customers book a service with us and to pay.
“Customers can also buy two Autoglym retail packs from our ‘Take Away Menu’ which enable them to keep the vehicle’s interior clean and refreshed at home.”
