Bin times have changed because of the bank holiday

With no collections on Bank Holiday Monday 31 August, the week’s collections will instead move forward by one day.

So if your bins are usually collected on Monday, they will now be collected on Tuesday September 1.

To help prevent the spread of coronavirus Buckinghamshire Council have asked residents to wipe down bin handles and wash hands with soap and warm water after handling bins.

Residents are also reminded to park considerately to ensure that recycling and waste vehicles have appropriate road access and can complete their rounds.

Residents are asked to ensure their bin(s) is presented by 6.30am on their rescheduled collection day.

More information about household recycling and waste collections, including how to report a missed bin, can be found on the Buckinghamshire Council website: www.buckinghamshire.gov.ukFor all the latest updates on collection rounds, please follow @BucksCouncil on Facebook and Twitter.
