273 homes planned for new Haddenham development

Redrow Thames Valley has confirmed it has completed on a proposed development of 273 new homes in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire.

It related to a 33-acre site off Churchway in Haddenham, just six miles south-west of Aylesbury.

With outline planning consent in place, the housebuilder expects to build a selection of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, providing both private and affordable housing for the area.

They are set to submit a 'reserved matters' planning application in early 2021, construction at the development is anticipated to commence in Autumn 2021, with interested parties encouraged to register their details now to ensure they are among the first to hear when properties are released for sale.

The housebuilder has also committed to contribute £4.8m by way of S106 agreements, to provide local amenities for the new residents and appropriate infrastructure.
