The book is a fictional book following a young royal family in the fictional Kingdom of Newsbury. The book follows 9 year old heir to the throne Prince Arthur, and his family as they settle into life as royals and go on new adventures. This book is a festive book, so features both Halloween and Christmas. The book also takes some traditions from the British Monarchy to make it more relatable and for children to understand it, however it is entirely fictional.

The young teen has been known for her outgoing ideas, as before her book, she received a YouTube Award for her Reporting Hobby, furthermore she has appeared on live National news for her Anti Bullying Campaigns such as The Kindness Campaign and The Be You Campaign, all which are now managed by her very own management company. Lydia was a pupil at The Chalfonts Community College up until July this year and used to be a Anti Bullying Ambassador for the school, as well as a member of the Diana Award's National Anti Bullying Youth Board.

The book was announced on Instagram first on her business account, @royalreporterlydia, that currently boasts over 50,000 followers, then reposted on her verified account, @lydiaalty . Both posts stated that some of the money from the book, would go to charity.

When we asked Lydia what charity she wanted it to go to, she said "I want it to go to Save the Children, as they do so much to help fund the young lives of children across the UK and the world, they also help support education and feeding children which is so important. When you buy the book on Amazon, £1 of each book sold will go to the charity to help them to continue to support the children that need it"

The book 'Growing up a Royal' is available on Amazon UK now!
