Pay a visit to Avenue Q

Forget about the winter and let’s look forward to a sensational show coming to The Grove this summer. The cast of Avenue Q may look like harmless Seseme Street characters but they really do come from the wrong side of the tracks.

After nearly five years of mischief, bad behaviour, and political incorrectness, Avenue Q, one of the most controversial and hilarious musicals, makes its hilarious debut at The Grove in July.

The Tony Award-winning musical features songs including “It Sucks to be Me, The Internet is for Porn and Everyone’s a little Bit Racist.”

The show portrays the lives of some lovable furry characters on a downtown New York street who are trying to make sense of life’s burning issues: love, work, relationships and above all, how else are you supposed to pay the bills with a BA in English?

Grove general manager Jo Ditch said; “I am absolutely delighted to be welcoming Avenue Q to the Grove in July. The show has been enormously popular in the West End and I am sure our audiences will adore this musical. I am thrilled that the producers of the tour of Avenue Q have chosen to bring the show to the very heart of Dunstable and I advise that people do book early, it may even be the perfect Christmas gift!”

Avenue Q is the musical like no other. For tickets call 01582 602080 or book online at www.grovetheatre.co.uk
