It’s rooted deep in rural England and set on St George’s Day, the morning of the local county fair, but the May Queen has gone missing.

Local waster Johnny ‘Rooster’ Byron is up to his neck in trouble of one sort of another but determined to live his oddball life on his own terms.

It runs until Saturday, tickets priced £8 to £15 are available from the box office on 07543 560 478 or online at www.courttheatre.co.uk.
