Coronation Street star in Stevenage panto

Sleeping Beauty opens on November 27 and runs until January 24. Casting has now been confirmed, with Wendi Peters playing the role of baddie Carabosse. Wendi Peters is most commonly known for playing Cilla Battersby in Coronation Street, as well as a variety of children’s television shows including Hetty Feather and Hacker Time.

Wendi has recently finished a successful UK tour production of Oh What A Lovely War! Pantomime at The Gordon Craig Theatre wouldn’t be the same without Stevenage’s favourite dame Paul Laidlaw and he will be returning play the role of Nellie Night Nurse.
