A former glamour model who turned her attention to creating free online videos to help parents has started a blog.
Tracy Kiss, a Wendover mum of two, hopes her online writing will become as popular as her YouTube channel – which features her daughter Millie and son Gabriele and is getting more than 1 million hits a week.
Tracy said: “My blog is a daily insight into life with a family. It’s comical, heart-warming, honest and informative and I wanted to be able to share my true thoughts and feelings with others.
“Having my first child I was petrified of giving birth and getting stretch marks, and when I was pregnant with my second I wondered how it would differ, when would he sleep through, how would my daughter respond and would I ever get my figure back.
“It’s fantastic for women to see that they are not alone, and a good perspective for men to realise what their partners are going through.
“With Dizkis and my new blog we aim to always give back to the community by providing children, parents, families and schools with free access to everything they could possibly need to raise a child.
“Should anybody find they are struggling to encourage their children to eat vegetables, talk about being bullied or help to stop wetting the bed we can help.
“Everything that we do for Dizkis is available to all online for free and we have been pleased to see schools in Aylesbury and the surrounding villages using our free printouts and classroom material to welcome the children to their new school year.
“It’s also great practise for parents at home to print off and play encouraging maths and literacy games, tasks and challenges with the children without having to spend any money.”
