With the Aylesbury Grammar School result not yet in, Beaconsfield Tigers crept to the top of Bucks Squash League Division One following a resounding 19-1 win at lowly Chesham against Bois 1b.

Wycombe’s first team were beaten 16-8 by Gerrards Cross, but put enough points on the board to pull further away from the bottom two.

In Division Two, leaders Wycombe IIs recovered after their blip against Aylesbury to beat Chesham Bois Seniors 19-6. There were 3-0 wins for Rob Wallace and Chris Popham. Andy Walters, Petr Nedzarilik and Goff Power also won.

Nearest challengers Holmer Green IIs lost 14-8 to Beaconsfield Bulls, and now trail by 43 points. Bulls narrowed the gap to second to four.

In Division Three, Wycombe IIIs beat Holmer Green IIIs 14-6, and are now just eight behind leaders Beaconsfield Trojans, while Wycombe IVs defeated Aylesbury IIIs 19-2, and closed to within three points of their clubmates.

In Ladies Division Two, Wycombe Kites faced Beaconsfield Spots following a win over Farnham Common and losing to leaders Windsor this year. Despite some hard-fought games, Spots were just too strong, winning 13-4.

Their clubmates the Swans had a good fortnight, winning 15-5 win at second-placed Chesham Bois, and 16-0 against Farnham Common.
