Tring Athletic concluded their league season with an impressive 3-0 win at Holmer Green last night.
Athletic were in control after taking a two-goal lead within 20 minutes, courtesy of an own goal and an a classy finish from impressive youngster Ollie Hogg.
A third goal late on from hot-shot striker Kieran Turner ensured Tring ended the SSML Premier Division season on a high.
The club’s emphasis on youth is clearly paying dividends as they finished the season with a flourish – with seven wins, one draw and just one defeat in their last nine games.
Athletic ended up 10th in the table, and will be aiming to build on that next season.
The club’s final fixture is the St Marys Cup final against Conference South opponents Hemel Hempstead Town on Monday.
