New-look site and new fixtures for busy Ducks
Aylesbury United's new-look website
AYLESBURY United are set to take on Hatfield Town in a rearranged match on Wednesday night, their first game for nearly three weeks due to wintry weather.
Frustratingly for Ducks boss Tony Joyce, the big freeze, although now thawed, has also had a knock-on effect on this Saturday’s game against local rivals Tring Athletic, which has been postponed because United’s landlords Leighton Town now have a home game on that day.
Meanwhile, the club faces a busy March schedule after the league fixtures were released last week. Of the Ducks’ eight scheduled matches, five will take place at Bell Close, with three being Wednesday night fixtures.
In other news, the Ducks have unveiled a new version of their already excellent official website.
It is the fifth incarnation of Ducks since its inception by Luke Brown back in 2002. New features include fresh design and user interface, faster page loading times and greater statistical information on teams and leagues.
