Ducks and FC matches are frozen off
Following the postponement of Aylesbury FC’s match against Chertsey on Tuesday night, Aylesbury United have also seen Wednesday evening’s proposed game against Hadley frozen off.
While the Ducks have a relatively clear calendar in terms of postponed fixtures, FC’s problem, given the spate of recent postponements, is more acute.
FC announced on their website on Tuesday evening that the Chertsey game had been called off while the Ducks held a pitch inspection at midday on Wednesday and ruled the frozen pitch was unplayable.
Both fixtures will now be rearranged for a later date.
