Action packed fight card to showcase Aylesbury talent at the Waterside

Storm Kickboxing and White Collar Boxing is hosting what promises to be another pulsating show tonight (Saturday) at Aylesbury’s Waterside Theatre.

Paul Morgan (pictured, centre) has his third amateur kickboxing fight against a slightly heavier opponent but has been training hard and is bang on weight and looking in good shape. Vasil Chonev (pictured, right) makes his debut in a cadet full contact fight at just 15 years old and is sure to show everyone that he is shaping up to be a very talented fighter.

Promoter, Pegasus Gym owner and Aylesbury pro British kickboxing champion Steven Cook said: “Vasil has a very bright future ahead of him. He has trained hard and come on leaps and bounds. He trains with pro boxer Nathan graham, world champion Greg Oliver and myself so he’s in good hands!”

Another Pegasus fighter in action will be Andrei (pictured left), who is competing in his first UK fight for the Aylesbury team. Cook added: “Andrei is fighting a lad from Wales. He has caused ripples in training after showing he is able to mix it well with some of the best at the club and again I believe he has a very bright future at Pegasus.

“We’ve really been pushing this show and promoting it as we have a lot of talent in Aylesbury and it will help put us on the map.”

The ‘Out of the Shadows’ fight card also consists of one professional kickboxing bout, two amateur kickboxing title fights, two amateur kickboxing title eliminators, white collar boxing fights and lots more. For tickets call the Waterside direct on 0844 8717627.
