"Help Ducks soar up the charts"

AYLESBURY United's vice-chairman John Newman has urged the town to send the Ducks pop single to the top of the charts.
Recorded by Aylesbury musician Loz Jones and produced by Jam Central Records, United's 'Bring the Ducks Home' single was released on CD, and to download, this Monday - and is now on sale in Aylesbury's HMV store.
Newman is encouraging everyone who downloads the single to ask ten of their friends to do the same - and really hopes the town will take the opportunity to support the Ducks.
He said: "So much has happened since we started the campaign last summer and the song is is just the latest part of our efforts. We have come a long way and received so much support from local businesses and celebrities. We have been lucky that so many enthusiastic people have got behind us. Now it's time for the town - and the people of Aylesbury - to stand up and be counted."
Newman's plea for support follows the single's launch party at Chicago Rock Cafe last Thursday. Around 300 players, officials and supporters from the club mingled with films crews to watch Jones sing the track live for the very first time. MP David Lidington and club legend Cliff Hercules were also in attendance to show their support.
Afterwards, Newman said: "It was a great night and everyone enjoyed themselves. I loved the song when I first heard it and still think it's brilliant. The video is also so professionally done."
Those wishing to download the 'Bring the Ducks Home' single should text 'Ducks' to 82822, while the iTunes download for the single costs 79p.
