POSTMAN Pat and DJ Dave Lee Travis were the guests of honour at an Aylesbury Vale village's annual fete this weekend.
The popular children's character opened Saturday's fete at 2pm, joined by the former breakfast Radio One DJ who became known as the Hairy Cornflake.

Dave Lee Travis went on to try out many of the different stalls and traditional fete games.

Proceeds from the day went to Marie Curie Nursing, Helen House Hospice and Mentmore Church.
