MUSEUM SOCIETY. Pitstone and Ivinghoe Museum Society's first meeting of 2008 is at 8pm tomorrow (Thursday) January 17 in the Education Room of Pitstone Green Museum.
Frank Banfield, who last entertained the society in 2001, is returning by popular request with another selection of his 16mm cine films, mainly of local interest and dating between 1937 and the 1970s. For more details contact Sue Lipscomb on 01296 630578.

SONGS OF PRAISE. The next Sunday Songs of Praise in Yardley Lounge will take place at 3pm on January 27. Tea and cakes will be provided. For anyone who would like to choose their favourite hymns there will be a list at the back of the lounge or they can contact Tracey Doyle on 01296 668260.
