What's the point of Aylesbury's new travel information centre?

THAT's the question being asked by today's correspondent.

ONCE again, we come to the point of Aylesbury's authorities building something that is not in use. Three times I walked through town and low and behold, the information centre was closed with no-one in it.

What is the point of spending all that money on something not being used?
