A ‘dangerous’ yob who filmed his teenage victim after forcing him to strip naked in a knifepoint robbery has been jailed.

Idnan Khan, 18, of Anthonys Close, Aylesbury, launched the humiliating attack in July last year, while still on licence for robbing a taxi driver with an imitation firearm and threatening to ‘blow his head off’.

Amersham Law Courts heard on Tuesday how the victim, 15, and a friend were walking in Friarscroft Way when they were approached by Khan and another man.

Khan approached the teenager and asked him if he smoked cannabis, when the victim said no Khan gestured towards a bag he was carrying and asked why he had a ‘man bag’.

The court heard Khan then told the victim that ‘you must have something for me’ and when he could only produce £3 he made a grab for the bag.

Khan then pulled the bag off the teenager and pulled at his jumper telling the terrified boy that he would be stabbed if he didn’t take his clothes off.

When Khan produced the handle of what looked like a knife the victim started to undress to his underpants.

When he didn’t want to remove them Khan slapped him in the face and he eventually removed them, attempting to cover his body with his hands.

Khan then hit him again, and the boy removed his hands at which point Khan took out a mobile phone and filmed his humiliated victim.

After stealing everything the boy was carrying, which included an iPhone, his clothes and some cash, Khan kicked the boy on his naked bottom and left the scene.

Anxious and distressed the boy and his friend ran to the road where a driver stopped to help them.

Khan was arrested the next day, and was identified in an ID parade by the victim and his friend.

In an impact statement read out in the court the teenager, who comes from Luton, said that the attack has made him never want to come to Aylesbury again, and has made him not want to leave his house.

His mother also gave a statement which said that her son’s confidence has been affected by the incident.

She said: “He now has a lack of confidence around people and doesn’t want to go to Aylesbury at all.

“The humiliation is the worst part, and that someone would do this to him, he has lost his dignity and self worth.”

Before delivering his sentence Judge Justin Cole said how during his time on remand, Khan has poured hot water over another inmate, and been found with a bladed weapon.

Delivering his sentence of five years in prison, with a further five years on licence he said: “There is a very high risk of serious harm to the general public.”
