The Stewkley Country Fayre has raised £2,000 for Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity as well as providing fun and entertainment for visitors.

The fayre included a dog show, pony rides and a performance by the Hemlock Morris Dancers. There were farm animals and vintage tractors on show alongside a range of craft and food and drink stands.

Emma Carroll, Community Fundraising Manager for Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity, said: “It was a huge amount of work for the fayre committee but it looked as though everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and the money raised for the hospice will pay for vital services such as the Lymphodoema Clinic and Florrie’s Children’s Team.”
