The cast of Spamalot tucked into a tasty treat created in their honour by staff at The Works.
Todd Carty, Joe Pasquale and Sarah Earnshaw popped into the dessert parlour in Market Square, Aylesbury, to try out the Spamalot Coconut Sundae.
The fruit plays a big role in the comedy musical as King Arthur’s servant Patsy (played by Carty) follows him around banging two coconut shells together to make the sound of a horse’s hooves.
The delicious sundae contains two scoops of coconut, one scoop of chocolate, small chunks of Bounty, cream and coconut biscuit, with the glass dressed with chocolate sauce and covered in desiccaed coconut.
Spamalot started its run at the Waterside Theatre last night and will be in town until Saturday.
Every Works customer who purchases the sundae between now and Thursday will be entered in to a prize draw to win two tickets to see the show this Saturday at 7.30pm.
