Rose Flack: Size matters for us readers

BH Blogger Rose Flack has expressed her frustration at the size of our broadsheet newspaper.

Every Wednesday I get The Bucks Herald as it's the only local paper (we don't get the free one) and I struggle to enjoy reading it. But it's not because of what is in the paper but because of the size of the thing.

I can't read it in the car. I cant read it on the sofa unless I fold it in half, the only way of reading this paper is on a table or on the floor.

What do others think about this? It would be interesting to see if others like the broadsheet as it is now or would prefer a tabloid kind of paper like the Bucks Advertiser (the free paper).

COMMENTS:

I have to agree about The Bucks Herald's size. Being a weekly paper it can take you all week to read it all as you cant just grab it and go read it on the train on the way to work.

I've actually taken to reading all the news and information on the net rather than struggle with the broadsheet that is The Bucks Herald.
