Pay tribute to Pitstone scout leader Joy Hammond

The family of Pitstone scout leader Joy Hammond have paid tribute to her, saying she was a wonderful person.

Mrs Hammond was discovered in a torched car in a woodland car park at Ashridge Park near Ringshall on Friday.
