Conservationists Dave Short and Brian Walters took two very special visitors to the Supply and Movements Training Wing at RAF Halton.

Two owls called Lilly and Elly visited students on an environmental protection course, to teach students about how they can help the owls, bats and peregrine falcons on their own stations.

Dave said: “Lilly and Elly were very well received and the students were fascinated to learn how to help and encourage them. We were approached by the squadron and will be going regularly now to advise on this course.”
