Heather Jan Brunt asks people in Friars Square where they like to eat out in the town.

Jacob Rzepski, Aylesbury:

“There are a few. Piri Piri Chicken on Cambridge Street and Wetherspoons by the Waterside. I like the service in Piri Piri and the steaks at Wetherspoons.”

Malcolm Langford-Pugh, Aylesbury:

“I like sitting on a bench in Friars Square eating an ice cream. I bought this from Thorntons, it’s toffee flavour, my favourite. I’m trying to get rid of a sore throat.”

Jan Sergejew, Aylesbury:

“Nando’s, I’ve just been for the second time and it’s lovely. The food is excellent, the service is good, it’s an all round good eating experience. I like chicken burger with mango and lime sauce.”

Elliot Sergejew, Aylesbury:

“Nando’s, also The Bell in the Market Square. I want to try Wagamama. Aylesbury is getting better, we keep getting new places. I’d like to see a sushi.”

Lauren Harvey, Aylesbury:

“I like La Salute in Kingsbury Square. It’s Italian. It’s got a good atmosphere, nice food and good customer service. I like the pizza and pasta. My favourite pizza is seafood.”
