Becky Parker, Aylesbury:
“My favourite sandwich filling is chicken salad with cucumber, lettuce, maybe carrot and red pepper with garlic mayonnaise dip.
“I like French stick.”
Natalie Jones, Winslow:
“Something like salad and avocado, exotic but healthy. Excellent artisan bread has to be part of it, good quality with seeds. I’m on the way to Waitrose now, they do lovely bread.”
Alan Mason, Aylesbury:
“I reckon it’s probably got to be ham and coleslaw. I like the coleslaw bit mainly. And some raw onion.
“I like white bread. I make these sandwiches myself but also buy them too.”
Tony Payne, Aylesbury:
“My favourite sandwich filling is salt beef because that’s the best.
“I like it on rye bread with some Dijon mustard and a little dill pickle on the side.”
Sally Smith, Haddenham:
“Probably prawn and mayonnaise on wholemeal bread.
“I would have that about once a week.
“I tend to buy them from Waitrose as a bit of a treat.”
