Two benches and three cherry trees have been put in at Somerville Way after work by the Prebendal Farm Residents Association.

Group chairman Michael Young said: “The area was formerly a hard standing eyesore which served no useful purpose but with the removal of the concrete and having it grassed over and with the addition of the benches and trees it has become a more pleasant environment.”

The benches were put in by Aylesbury Premier Building Services and the trees were planted by The Landscape Group.

Funding came from the Big Lottery Fund and Aylesbury Town Council.
