Stormy weather is leaving its mark across Aylesbury today (Sunday).

There are many signs of damage caused by high wind, including fallen trees, dislodged fence panels and toppled traffic islands.

At 1.50pm firefighters were called to Churchill Avenue to rescue a woman who had become trapped by a fallen tree and the service was also called out to Singleton Way, Fairford Leys after reports of a fallen tree there.

A tree is also blocking the pavement in Oxford Road, opposite Aylesbury College.
