Organisers of the annual Tour De Vale have revealed they have had a record-breaking 1,288 entries to the sport charity challenge.
Wheelpower’s non-competitive event – in conjunction with Mix 96 – which will start and finish at the Stoke Mandeville Stadium on Sunday.
Thousands of bikers will ride between 15 and 55 miles through villages in the Bucks countryside to raise money for charity.
Wheelpower, based in Stoke Mandeville, helps disabled people take part in sport and lead active, healthy lives.
The aim is to smash last year’s fundraising target of £34,000. Pre-registration entries have now closed, but you can still sign up on the day for £25.
