Police believe the same criminal gang is responsible for a spate of burglaries across the Vale.

In the first two incidents electrical items, cash and jewellery were stolen from two properties on Dean Close, Aylesbury on Monday January 20 between 5.15 and 5.35pm.

In both cases access to the properties was gained by the burglars climbing into the rear gardens and forcing their way in through the back doors.

On the same day, they gained entry to a house on Boddington Road, Wendover by forcing open the side gate and breaking the glass panel on the rear door.

This incident took place between 7am and 7pm, and musical instruments and a watch were taken.

Police only released details of the burglaries today.

Det Con Tom Perry said: “It is believed that there were three men in a dark coloured vehicle in the area between 5.15pm and 5.30pm. We believe these offences are linked.

“I am particularly keen to speak to anyone that may have been in the area at the time of these offences and witnessed anything suspicious.”

If you have any information, please contact Det Con Perry at Aylesbury police station via the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
