Gary Kay, 58, of Victory Road, Wendover was pulled over by police in Bedgrove on July 23 at 1.30am.

Police officers’ suspicions were raised when they spotted the way Kay was driving and they decided to pull the float over.

He appeared at Aylesbury Magistrates Court on Monday, August 11 where he pleaded guilty.

The milkman, who works independently, has now been banned from driving for 12 months, and ordered to pay £215 in costs and fines.
