An elderly man has died after his car crashed into a paramedic’s rapid response vehicle on Sunday evening.

The man was rushed to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital Hospital with serious injuries but died on Wednesday, police said today (Friday).

The driver of the response car was treated at the scene on the junction of Blackgrove Road for minor injuries.
