A 29-year-old man has been released without charge by police in connection with the fire which destroyed an ice-cream parlour in Aylesbury last month.

Flava 36 remains shut after what police describe as a suspected arson attack.

The incident forced emergency services to evacuate 16 people from nearby properties.

Neighbouring businesses were also forced to close in the days after the blaze.

Nobody was injured during the fire which destroyed the ground floor of the building and caused smoke damage to the first and second floors.

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses.

Anyone with more information is urged to contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
