A man has been arrested after he stole jewellery and cash during a spree of burglaries.
Raul Bobelica, aged 26 and of no fixed abode, was arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary by an officer on patrol in Flamstead, Hertfordshire following the incidents which occurred between June 18 and July 10.
In the first burglary, Bobelica stole what police describe as ‘a significant amount of jewellery’ from an address in Marrow Way, Weston Turville on June 18.
He was also charged in connection with incidents in St Albans, where he stole cash and jewellery, Harpenden, where he stole a laptop and Flamstead.
He appeared at Hatfield Remand Court on Saturday July 12 and was remanded in custody.
