A 22-year-old man has been charged with an alleged crime spree which centred on Aylesbury during one night in October.

Carl Bater-James, of no fixed address, was charged with four counts of burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and theft from a car.

The burglary charges relate to an incident of burglary and the theft of a car in Leighton Buzzard and then three burglaries and theft from a car in Aylesbury overnight between 27 and 28 October 2013.

He was remanded in custody to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on May 28.
