There is so much happening in the Aylesbury Vale – and from today I am offering groups and individuals the opportunity to reach more people.

The team here at the Herald can help you get more support from members of the public and improve awareness of your work, activities or fund-raising efforts.

And, what’s more, it’s free.

The Bucks Herald reaches thousands of people every week through its website and paper.

The website readership figures for the Bucks Herald are outstanding.

There is a section for community news and this is the area we want to expand to bring more positive, good news stories to our readers.

To get your stories publicised in the Herald, all you have to do is email a picture (ideally a JPEG) and accompanying story of around 200 words to editorial@bucksherald.co.uk

You can also tweet us via @bucks_herald

We will publish the picture and story on our website and the best will then also be published in the paper.

Many of you have your own group websites – if you do, make sure you include your web address I can arrange to link the story to your website.

If you’ve got any questions, please let me know by calling the Bucks Herald newsdesk on 01296 619764.

I look forward to reading all your news and sharing it.
