A woman who stole £44 worth of Lynx deodrant appears in this week's round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates' Court.

KIRSTEEN McCULLIE, 36, care of Sharps Close, Waddesdon. On January 5 stole 12 cans of Lynx deodorant worth £44 from the Co-op, Wedgewood Street, Fairford Leys. Pleaded guilty. Fined £40, compensation £33, victim surcharge £20.

CHRISTOPHER LEE CONNOLLY, 29, of Eeles Close, Aylesbury. On Feburary 25, 2015, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis and mephedrone, both class B drugs. Pleaded guilty. Fined £130, victim surcharge £20.

CLAUDIO MORRA, 52, of Adkins, Aylesbury. On August 12 assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. Restraining order made. Fined £400, victim surcharge £40.

KAREL JOHN MURDOCH, 28, of Candleford Court, Buckingham. On October 25 in Smeaton Close, Aylesbury, drove a Ford Fiesta after consuming 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120, costs £150, victim surcharge £20.

MUHAMMAD TAYMOUR SAJID, 23, of Churchill Avenue, Aylesbury. 1) On May 18 failed to stop his VW Golf in Grenville Road, Aylesbury, when required to do so by a police officer. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 2) Same date, drove without insurance. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. 3) Same date, drove without a valid test certificate. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Fined £300, costs £400, victim surcharge £20.

SIMON GEORGE EDWARDS, 49, of no fixed abode. On November 3 in Kingsbury, Aylesbury, used threatening words/ behaviour likely to cause alarm/ distress and the offence was racially aggravated. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DANNY GREEN, 25, of Chiltern Avenue, High Wycombe. On December 20 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

CARLTON MUSAVENGANA, 32, of Lansdowne Road, Aylesbury. 1) On September 22 on the A41 in Kingswood, drove a vehicle after consuming 83 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80ml). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, drove without valid insurance or licence. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £490, costs £85, victim surcharge £21.

JAMIE O’CONNER, 41, of Tennyson Road, Aylesbury. On January 10 in Aylesbury had in his possession a quantity of crack cocaine, a class A drug.Pleaded guilty. Fined £120, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

BENJAMIN ALAN JAMES PEPIN, 24, of Marlow Hill, High Wycombe. On December 20 at KFC, Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

PAULINE ANN BOOTHMAN, 77, of School Lane, Upper Winchendon. On June 16, was in charge of a sandy coloured Whippet dog, which was dangerously out of control in School Lane, Upper Winchendon, when it injured a person. Pleaded guilty. Dog must be kept on lead in public or be destroyed. Fined £40, compensation £100.
