Court round-up: Pair drunk and disorderly in Alfred Rose Park

This week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court includes two men who were fined for disorderly in Aylesbury’s Alfred Rose Park.

PETER COLIN JONES, 60, of Ruskin Way, Aylesbury. On June 13 in Aylesbury had in his possession one deal bag of cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, victim surcharge £15.

MARK NOREY, 51, of Hilda Wharf, Aylesbury. On July 6 in Plested Court, Stoke Mandeville, drove a Ford Focus after consuming 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualifed from driving for 18 months, fined £785, costs £85, victim surcharge £79.

JOHN REYNOLDS, 45, of Buckingham Road, Aylesbury. 1) On July 13 in Alfred Rose Park, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date resisted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Pleaded guilty. 3) Committed a further offence during a suspended sentence order for driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs.Fined £70, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ANDREW PETER ROBINSON, 45, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. 1) On June 10 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. 2) On July 13 in Alfred Rose Park, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £70, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

APRIL SYRETT, 23, of Ash Close, Aylesbury. On July 12 stole steaks worth £31 from Co-op, Mandeville Road, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

CRAIG JOHN SKITT, 26, of Summerleys Road, Princes Risborough. On April 18 in High Wycombe assaulted a female. Pleaded not guilty. Proved in absence. Awaiting sentence.

MICHELLE FRANCIS, 40, of Aston Close, Aylesbury. Between 2010 and 2013 dishonestly failed to notify authorities of a change in circumstances (that she was living together with her husband) that affected her entitlement to income support, council tax benefit and housing benefit. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ANTHONY JOHN WARTNABY, 75, of Buckingham Road, Aylesbury. On July 21 in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, drove a Mitsubishi Shogun after consuming 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
