A man who pleaded guilty to causing £620 worth of damage to an Audi A6 is among those listed in our weekly round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.
CHRISTOPHER VARNEY, 38, of Wrights Lane, Prestwood. On June 2 in Calvert criminally damaged an Audi A6 to the value of £620 belonging to a male. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. No compensation ordered because insufficient details provided by prosecutor.
ALEXANDER MEAD, 28, of Dunsmore Lane, Wendover. On May 25 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, drove a Volkswagen Scirocco after consuming 94 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £290, costs £85, victim surcharge £29.
RAYMOND JOHN WALKER, 65, of Chaloner Road, Aylesbury. Between February 1 and February 18 permitted the production of cannabis, a class B drug, on his premises. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
DAVID WILLIAM ARMOR, 48, of High Street North, Stewkley. On July 5 in High Street, Whitchurch, drove a Mini Cooper after consuming 81mg of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
DANIEL BLYTH, 29, of O Grady Way, Aylesbury. On March 20 in Aylesbury had in his possession 17 grams of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £155, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
STEVEN CLARKE, 35, of Laverick Road, Aylesbury. On February 13 in Cole Road, Aylesbury, breached a non-molestation order. Pleaded guilty. Given nine month community order with supervision requirement. Also must pay £300 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
DAWID MIKOLAJWESKI, 21, of Northern Road, Aylesbury. On June 8 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour towards a male with intent to cause fear of violence. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
JOHN ROBERT PURCELL, 18, of Brookside Walk, Leighton Buzzard. On July 5 on the A4146 in Soulbury, drove green Peugeot 205 after consuming 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
