MARIE BROWN, 50, of Plested Court, Stoke Mandeville. On November 18 in Aylesbury failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during drink-drive investigation. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £340, costs £85, victim surcharge £34.

ANDREW STREAMES, 28, of Bearbrook Place, Aylesbury. 1) On June 6 stole DVDs from Co-op in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On June 11 jointly with another man stole DVDs from Co-op in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, costs £300, victim surcharge £15.

ANDREW PETER PAUL ROBINSON, 48, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. On February 10 in Aylesbury town centre failed to comply with direction given by police officer to leave area, the officer believing that his presence was likely to contribute to a repetition or continuance of alcohol-related crime or disorder. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Fined £100, costs £100, victim surcharge £20.

MANDY THOMPSON, 46, of Palmer Avenue, Aylesbury. On June 3 in Oxford Road, Aylesbury, drove without insurance. Proved in absence. Fined £600, costs £65, victim surcharge £60.

BRANDON BUSSTER BUCKLAND, 22, of Wendover Road, Weston Turville. 1) On October 28 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date in Aylesbury destroyed a garden trellis. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ANDREW KAVANAGH, 45, of Fieldfare, Aylesbury.1) On December 1 at Aylesbury Police Station damaged a cell to the value of £96. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £266, compensation £96, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

HENRY ANTHONY MURPHY, 65, of Spinney Close, Steeple Claydon. On November 9 in Spinney Close drove Ford Ranger after consuming 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £300, costs £85, victim surcharge £30.

CRAIG STEVEN DAVID SHOULT, 21, of Edge Street, Aylesbury. On December 1 used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £133, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

MATTHEW THOMAS HENRY WILLIAMS, 21, of Culpepper Close, Aylesbury. On December 1 in Aylesbury used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £73, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

NICOLA ANN DOHERTY, 47, of Chalkhill Blue Close, Buckingham Park, Aylesbury. On December 8 2012 caused unnecessary suffering to a grey tabby male cat, Marley, by not keeping her two dogs under proper control, resulting in them attacking and killing the cat. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Discharged conditionally for two years, costs £3,000, victim surcharge £15. RSPCA did not apply for Doherty to be disqualified from keeping pets or for the dogs to be destroyed.

RENARDO VIVIAN JAMES, 31, of Monmouth Close, Aylesbury. On November 30 in Buckingham Street assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, compensation £50, victim surcharge £20.

WILLIAM JAXON RAYNER-THOMPSON, 20, of Buckingham Street, Aylesbury. 1) On November 26 stole a bottle of Disaronno worth £12 from Waitrose Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. 2) Commission of a further during period of a suspended sentence for attempted burglary, handling stolen goods and theft. Admitted. Awaiting sentence.
