Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

NATASHA USHER, 21, of Hazell Road, Prestwood. 1) On March 24 stole food worth £28 from Waitrose, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On March 3 stole food (value unknown) from Waitrose, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 3) On March 10 stole food (value unknown) from Waitrose, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £105, costs £85, victim surcharge £20. No compensation ordered as items either recovered or value unknown.

TOBIAS SAVILLE, 29, of Wendover Road, Weston Turville.1) On December 29 stole diesel from the Waddesdon estate. Pleaded guilty. 2) Committed a further offence during a suspended sentence for theft. Awaiting sentence.

IMTIAZ AHMED KHAN, 62, of Tring Road, Aylesbury. On September 20 in Preston, having been required by police, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Found guilty. Fined £675, costs £150, victim surcharge £68, licence endorsed with six points.

ROBIN BOUSFIELD, 33, of Tring Road, Wendover. On February 12 in Tring Road, Wendover, drove a Peugeot 306 after consuming 85 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £270, costs £85, victim surcharge £27.

ALAN HARGROVES, 44, of Barnard Crescent, Aylesbury. On March 30 in Aylesbury had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

LIAM PATRICK FITZGERALD, 23, of Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury. On March 15 in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, used towards a male threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause him to believe violence would be used against him. Pleaded guilty. Community order made. Must participate in ‘managing alchohol related aggression’ sessions. Must also pay costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £60.

MICHAEL HASLER, 72, of The Glebe, Weston Turville. On December 16 in Cheddington Lane, Tring, drove a Honda CRV without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with nine points, fined £620, costs £85, victim surcharge £62.

OMAR LOFTY, 18, of Aylesbury Young Offenders’ Institution, Bierton Road, Aylesbury. On October 7 assaulted a female prison officer. Pleaded guilty. Sentence extended by eight weeks. Magistrates said there had been previous assaults on officers and a ‘serious’ black eye injury caused the female officer to be off work for two-and-a-half months.
