Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

LUKE CHARLES KOMARONI , 22, of Cottesloe Road, Aylesbury. On March 22 in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, used threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause a male that violence would be used towards him. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

KELLY O’BEIRNE, 29, care of Abbotts Way, Wingrave. 1) On December 5 assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. 2) On May 30 stole a pair of boots worth £19 from Shoezone, Friars Square, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

RUSSELL DONOVAN, 45, of Somerville Way, Aylesbury. On July 11 breached a non molestation order in that he spoke to his ex partner at her home address which he was prohibited from doing. Pleaded guilty. Fined £100, victim surcharge £20. No order for costs due to his limited means.

LEE ROBERT HYDE, 33, of Selkirk Avenue, Aylesbury. On June 3 in Dunsham Lane, Aylesbury, drove a black Honda Civic after consuming 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DAVID JOHN JOHNSON, 46, of Wycliffe End, Aylesbury. 1) On May 5 stole cosmetics worth £29 from Boots, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On May 8 stole cosmetics from Boots. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

KUN LI, 31, of Manor Way, London. 1) On December 16 2013 on the A41, Aston Clinton, drove a Lexus IS200 while disqualified from driving. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

MARK McEWAN, 38, of Dunstable Road, Houghton Regis. 1) On May 19 in Ivinghoe used towards a male threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause him to fear violence. Pleaded guilty. 2) On May 19 in Aylesbury had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £332, costs £85, victim surcharge £33.

MUNIR MOHAMMAD, 23, of New Street, Aylesbury. On May 1 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, had in his possession two small bags (each about 2cmx2cm in size) of cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £266, costs £85, victim surcharge £26.

NICHOLAS PAUL THORNE, 47, of Bradon Green, Aylesbury. On June 1 drove a Vauxhall Corsa in Lower Icknield Way, Princes Risborough, after consuming 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

FINNIAN SEAN PHILIP WARD, 24, of St Johns Drive, Stone. On May 30 in St Johns Drive had in his possession 300 grams of herbal cannabis and cannabis resin, a class B drug, with intent to supply it. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

PETER JAMES WARD, 27, of Pakenham Close, Aylesbury. On June 1 in Tring Road, Aylesbury, drove Seat Leon after consuming 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
